You will be automatically registered in your core courses.

You will be registered in the courses sequentially based on the date you commence the program. A student is considered registered for a Phase 1 or Phase 2 course 30 calendar days prior to the start date for that course. Fee payment is required 14 days prior to the start date for that course.

Registration for the Capstone Project is not automatic. The Graduate Capstone Project Registration Form must be filled out. If you have any questions before submitting, please contact our Graduate Student Support area.

The Capstone Project course starts every month except for the months of April and July. Registration and payment deadline is always the 10th of the month previous to the start date (i.e. Aug. 10 is the deadline to register and pay for a Sep. 1 start date).

Course fee deadlines are set 14 days before the course start date. Students who do not pay fees by the deadline will be withdrawn from the course. Payments will be processed through a secure online banking site. Note: Students will be automatically withdrawn from their core courses if tuition is not paid by the due date and subsequent courses rescheduled.

Students will receive 2 notices (one for tuition and one for MISC fees) 14 days before the payment deadline. Fees are posted as tuition (includes course cost, course administration and technology fee, course materials fee and alumni fee) and MISC fees (includes graduate student union fees, and full payment is required to remain registered in the course.)

Students using student loans are advised at the beginning of their program that if applying for loans/bursaries, etc., fees still need to be paid on time. You can pay the fees using a credit card by the deadline, and you will then be reimbursed when your loan comes in. Changing your schedule or withdrawing from a course may impact your funding.

To register in an online or In-residence elective please use the MBA Graduate Program Elective Course Registration Form . This form must be submitted before the registration deadline. If you do not register by the Registration Deadline you will not be registered in the course. Course fees must be paid by the payment deadline date and will be processed through a secure online banking site. Note: Students will be withdrawn from the elective if fees are not paid by the deadline date. Withdrawing from a course may impact your funding for students using student loans.

Note: If you are planning to bundle your electives into one of the Phase 3 streams please check your DegreeWorks planner or speak with one of our Graduate Program Advisors to plan out your elective schedule.
