While we make every effort to match you with your elective choices, there are times when enrolments must be capped or courses cancelled. It is in your best interest to note the registration opening date to submit your registrations and to register before the registration deadline (to secure a spot). We do not accept online elective registration forms after the registration deadline. The decision on whether a course will run depends on the enrolment number at the time of the registration deadline.
A minimum of 10 students is required for an elective to run.
Note: If you are planning to bundle your electives into one of the Phase 3 streams please check your DegreeWorks planner or speak with one of our Graduate Program Advisors to plan out your elective schedule.
Payments will be processed through a secure online banking payment site. Note: Students will be automatically withdrawn from an elective if tuition is not paid by the due date.
Students may receive 2 notices (one for tuition and one for GSA fees). These notices may also be sent to both your Office 365 and personal/work email.
Fees are posted as tuition and GSA fees, and full payment of these fees is required to remain registered in an elective.
Students using student loans are advised at the beginning of their program, that if applying for loans/bursaries, etc., fees still need to be paid on time. You can pay the fees using a credit card by the deadline, and you will then be reimbursed when your loan comes in.
