Dr. David Annand, EdD, MBA, CPA (CA), is a Professor of Accounting in the Faculty of Business.
His research interests include the analysis of costs and organizational structure in distance-based universities, as well as the Community of Inquiry learning framework.
Dr. Annand has a particular interest in the development of Open Educational Resources (OERs), specifically relating to introductory financial and managerial accounting, not-for-profit accounting, and financial data analytics. He has written several accounting-related undergraduate and graduate-level texts.
