Dr. Oli Mihalache holds a doctoral degree in Strategic Management (2012) and an MPhil (2009) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a bachelor's degree in Commerce (2006) from University of Toronto. Oli conducts research on organizational transformation in an increasingly global and digital world.
