Overview
Psychology 340: Introduction to Applied Social Psychology combines the science of social psychology with the practical application of solving problems in the real world. Applied social psychologists focus on social problems that affect such variables as relationships, diversity issues, organizational systems, the justice system, education, the environment, personal health and the health care industry, and community concerns.

Evaluation
To receive credit for PSYC 340, you must complete Assignments 1 and 2, Assignment 3: Course Project, and the final exam. You must achieve a grade of at least 50 per cent on the final exam, and a composite course grade of at least "D" (50 per cent). The weighting of the composite grade is as follows:
