If you need help with your course, AU’s tutors and student support centres are there. Your tutor or Student Support Centre contact information will be sent to you by e-letter in myAU.
AU’s academic advisors can help you with choosing your courses and planning your program.
Research and writing
The library offers help with research, citing and referencing, and writing.
The Write Site provides individual coaching, assessment and exercises to improve your writing.
Exams at AU are different. Our exams page has the information you need on requesting, writing and rescheduling exams.
Our counsellors can help you with concerns around study skills, time management, career indecision and adjusting to AU.
Students with disabilities
AU provides a number of services to help students with disabilities succeed in their studies.
When other university channels can’t provide the help you need and you’re not sure where to turn, the Ombuds Office can answer your questions or refer you to the right place.
Technical support (IT Help Desk)
The IT Help Desk provides online self-help for common issues and live support during business hours.
