History (HIST) 225

Overview

HIST 225 provides a survey of Canada's political, social, and economic development from 1867 to the present. The course focuses on the impact of social developments on political changes as well as vice versa.

Evaluation

To receive credit for HIST 225, you must complete all of the assignments, achieve a mark of at least 50 percent on the final examination, and obtain a course composite grade of at least D (50 percent). The weighting of the course assignments is as follows:

The final examination for this course must be taken online with an AU-approved exam invigilator at an approved invigilation centre.
