Overview
PSYC 433 emphasizes knowledge gained through the completion of PSYC 200, PSYC 300, PSYC 405, and PHIL 333 (required prerequisites). PSYC 433 requires the preparation and execution of a research paper in career development. As such, the course operates much like the first half of a full-year thesis course. The research paper should integrate the concepts, skills, and critical analysis that comprise career development worldview.
Evaluation
To receive credit for PSYC 433, the student must achieve a grade of D (50 percent) or better on the cumulative total of the research paper, which is worth 100 percent of the course grade.
