This is a course in strategic operations management. It covers all aspects of operations management and introduces students to various aspects of operations management with examples from around the world from a service as well as a manufacturing perspective. It provides the students with frameworks and tools for decision-making. The course is equally relevant to those from not for profit sectors and government.
