The Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM) is an 18-credit online graduate program. The GDM is phase 1 of our online Master of Business Administration (MBA) for executives, as well as being a stand-alone credential. If you do not have an undergraduate degree, you must take the GDM before you can apply for your MBA.
All courses are paced, with scheduled start and end dates and assignment deadlines. Depending on the course and your background, you should plan to spend more than 25 hours per week on your studies.
You can finish this program in as little as 14 months of study or take up to 2.5 years to complete all requirements.
Once you have successfully completed the GDM, you can apply to transfer into phase 2 of the online MBA.
