Overview
The world around us is changing dramatically. Much of this reflects a rapid shift toward an increasingly boundary-less digital world that is connected more through social media than through traditional community. This changing landscape presents both challenges and opportunities for those who lead. Leaders who seek to successfully navigate this new reality must strive to sustain change by unleashing the potential of the people they lead and empowering them to perform beyond expectations.
This course focuses on helping you develop your leadership potential and encouraging you to accept The Leadership Challenge. Developing leadership potential involves acquiring proficiencies in key areas that leverage pre-existing skills and expertise. It is fostered by raising personal awareness, developing personal understanding, and learning new ways to do things at work. Leadership is about change mastery, which begins with changing your own perceptions.
