If you are a graduate student and are looking for forms specific to your program, you can find them in the applicable program regulations in the Graduate Calendar.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your form is received, not including mailing time. These requests must be received by the 10th of the month to accommodate the requested start date.
You are strongly encouraged to complete any transactions for services by paying fees through myAU. If you cannot and must submit the PDF via the Student Support Services Portal, call 1-800-788-9041 to be transferred to Enrolment Services to be provided a secure payment link.
When submitting a course registration, and to accommodate your start date, please ensure your paperwork and full payment is received no later than the 10th of the month. Be sure to declare any necessary prerequisites or have professor approval in place (if required) by the cut-off or you will be registered for the next available start date.
Students who are full-time funded through government student loans should communicate directly with Student Financial Aid regarding extensions and withdrawals, as your funding may be affected. The below extension and withdrawal forms are NOT to be used by full-time government funded students.
The following forms can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar via your Student Support Services Portal. Please do not send credit card information via the portal or email, as these are not secure.
