Shauna Babiuk

After completing her BA in psychology and sociology at the University of Alberta, Shauna stumbled into editing when a six‑week gig in the ’80s unexpectedly launched a lifelong career. She’s never looked back!

Shauna joined the Faculty of Science and Technology in 2018 and has served as the Course Production team lead since 2021. She is a strong believer in the power of collaboration, trusting that when every team member contributes their unique expertise, students receive the richest possible learning experience.

She freely admits she doesn’t have all the answers, but she does excel at tracking down what’s needed—like a bloodhound, but with better grammar.
