The Faculty of Health Disciplines (FHD) actively promotes research excellence. FHD faculty members and learners are involved in research in a variety of health-related areas. Our research is funded nationally, regionally, and provincially. Our funders include Canadian Foundation for Innovation (CFI), Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR), Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), and Western North-Western Region Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (WNRCASN).
