Dr. Ray (Anishinaabe-Opwaaganasiniing) is an Associate Professor and CRC at AU and Director of the Anishinaabe Kendaasiwin Institute (AKI). She is a prior recipient of the emerging Indigenous scholar award at the International Conference on Qualitative Inquiry and the co-Chair of the Cancer Research Programme at the Global Alliance for Chronic Disease.
