To Help Support Student Mental Health
Many team members at AU have requested training opportunities such as mental health first aid. These opportunities have been assessed but because of the face-to-face nature of the training and a general focus on in-person interventions, we do not consider these to be the most feasible options for our geographically-dispersed community. We are offering digital training resources as an alternative. Visit Student Wellness Support Program to find referral resources.
To Help Support AU Team Members
All AU team members have 24/7 access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program by phone, web, or mobile app. It is a confidential support service that can help you and your family solve a wide range of challenges in your lives, at no cost to you. For any work, health, or life concern, find out more about how the Employee and Family Assistance Program can help today.
