The Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations is a 90-credit online degree program. You must complete at least 24 credits through Athabasca University. If you have a post-secondary diploma, you can take the shorter post-diploma route that may give you 30 to 60 credits toward your degree. If you already have your Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation, you may receive up to 6 credits toward your degree.
All courses are individualized study, allowing you to complete the coursework at your own pace.
You can finish this program in as little as 1 year (post-diploma route) or 3 years (regular route) of full-time study. Or work at your own pace and take as long as you need. There is no time limit for completion.
