Dr. Claudia Sasse began her teaching career in southern Brazil as an elementary school teacher. Since then, she has worked as an early childhood educator, K–12 teacher, resource teacher, language specialist, school principal, post-secondary instructor and most current as an assistant professor.
Dr. Sasse has taught a wide range of courses in the education field to diverse audiences and has supervised practicum students in early learning settings and K–6 schools in Canada and internationally. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she is deeply passionate about language learning, cultural diversity, and supporting student success.
