Jessica Good is a Ph.D. and Human Resource Professional, where she works on shaping HR strategy and organizational culture. She brings many years of experience working in the high-tech sector at several large global organizations and start-ups. She joined the Faculty of Business at Athabasca University in July 2022 as Assistant Professor, Human Resources Management.
Jessica is an active researcher in knowledge sharing, where she has focused on knowledge hiding and manipulation in high-tech teams. Her research interest also includes creativity and innovation, workplace fun and compensation. She continues to develop partnerships with organizations dealing with human resource management challenges.
