Overview
LGST 310 examines the impact that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms has had, and will continue to have, on industrial relations. The course will be of interest to those connected with the labour movement, with management, or involved in industrial relations.

Evaluation
To receive credit for LGST 310, you must achieve a course composite grade of at least “D” (50 percent) and a grade of at least 50 percent on the examination. The weighting of the composite grade is as follows:
