Overview
Human Resource Management 326: Wages and Benefits is designed for human resource students and/or practitioners who want a better understanding of the driving forces and main concepts behind wage and benefits management. Though management practices vary considerably from one company to another, a number of key factors can be identified that apply to all of them. Understanding these factors is crucial to guiding the practices of individual companies and even more important for adjusting such practices to accommodate changing economic conditions.

Evaluation
To receive credit for HRMT 326, you must complete five written assignments and an overall grade of “D” (50 percent) or better for the entire course. The weightings for each assignment and the final exam are as follows:
