Ms. Tracey Maguire, Public Member

Ms. Maguire began her career as a Human Resources specialist in oil sands in 2003. In 2011, Tracey joined BP Canada as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Safety and Operations, Communications and External Affairs, Operations and Global Projects Office business units. During her tenure, she also supported BP's Privacy, Operating Management System, Compensation and Oil Sands Policy Development corporate functions. Ms. Maguire currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources with OCL GROUP Inc.

In addition to being a graduate of Keyano College's Certificate in Human Resources Management Program, Ms. Maguire received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2008 and completed the Human Resources Executive Program through the University of Alberta School of Business in 2009. Her training also includes participation in the Queen's University's Executive Leadership Program.

As a former resident of Fort McMurray, Ms. Maguire was actively involved in many community organizations including the Wood Buffalo Human Resources Management Association, Chair of Keyano College Gala and Director on the Keyano College Foundation Board. Her involvement in community initiatives has continued upon her family move to Okotoks in September 2011 where she recently chaired the live auction committee for the Foothills Country Hospice 10 years of Caring Gala at Spruce Meadows August 2018.
