CORE (Course on Research Ethics) Tutorial
The CORE Tutorial provides an introductory tour of the Tri-Council Policy Statement. The TCPS2:CORE tutorial is “highly recommended” for all AU researchers, research supervisors, and REB members and is now mandatory for all graduate students conducting research with humans.
You can move through the tutorial at your own pace; progress is saved automatically. Once you complete the tutorial, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that is recognized at institutions across Canada.
Please note: When registering for the tutorial, you are asked for an affiliation. As AU doesn’t appear in the Affiliation list, you must select “Other” from the bottom of the list and enter “Athabasca University” manually.
