Join Dr. Roland Treu as we explore the science of Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented drink made from tea and sugar. In this presentation we will examine the history of Kombucha, its production, and its biological and biochemical components.

In the second, practical part, we will explore how you can produce your own kombucha at home from simple components. Those attending in person will also have the opportunity to taste a few samples!
