I am an active member of the Anglican Church and a hospital visitor for the Edmonton Diocese. I hold weekly worship services at a seniors residence and I volunteer at Garneau Schol.

Educational credentials

I began tutoring English courses with AU in 1986 and have been involved in the development of English 255 and English 394. I retired from teaching writing literature courses at Grant MacEwan University in 2010, where I was also Associate Chair of the English Department. I have an MA in English and an MTS (Master of Theological Studies) from Newman Theological College.
