A lifelong learner, award-winning instructor, curriculum developer, and cross-cultural, multimodal educational community builder who practices the philosophy of "Teach and Cherish," Dalbir has collaborated with students and educators from around the world to foster human rights, democratic values, debate, discussion, trust, and non-violent conflict resolution, as illustrated, for instance, by his TEDx talk, "Facing Our (Hidden) Fears." Since the beginning of his academic career, Dalbir has been an advocate classrooms that not only impart knowledge but also address student stress and well-being. Creatively, Dalbir is also an award-winning comedian who also writes, tells stories, acts, and improvises.
