What is Moodle?

Moodle is Athabasca University’s online learning management system (LMS), where students can access their course materials, contact their tutor or other learners, and use a variety of helpful tools.

Course sites within Moodle are accessed through the myAU portal. When you register in a course, you will automatically have a course tab applied to your myAU page. If there is a Moodle site available for your course, a link will be found under My Courses.

A detailed Moodle Orientation for Students is available on our Moodle Training website.
