Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management

Graduate level professional development designed for managers and professionals who are looking to further develop their leadership skill set.

Program details

The online Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (GDLM) is made up of 15 online four-week courses worth 1 graduate credit each and one 12-week capstone course worth 3 graduate credits. All 16 courses, with 18 credits total, must be completed to earn the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management. All courses are online grouped study, with defined start and end dates. Learners can take the courses in any order and should plan to spend 8-12 hours per week on studies.

You can finish this program in as little as 1.5 to 2 years of part-time study or take up to 5 years to complete all requirements. You must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 courses per year.

Once you complete the diploma program, you can transfer 3 credits into our online Master of Business Administration for executives. If you meet the program entry criteria, you will get credit for one, 3-credit online elective.
