Athabasca University 2020-2021 Exams Holiday Hours

Reminder to request your December exams early.

This is a courtesy reminder to all students with a course contract end date of December 31, 2020. Athabasca University will be closed for the holidays at the end of business on Wednesday December 23rd, 2020 and will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021.

If your course is ending on December 31, we encourage you to review important exam request deadline information online, and specifically section 6.1.2.8 Holiday Closures and Examinations.

Examination requests for courses with a course contract end date of December 31st are allowed additional time for exam completion, up to but no later than January 15th of the following year. This additional time allowance does not apply to other course work such as assignments and quizzes, which must be completed on or before the December 31st course contract end date.

Due to holiday volumes, we encourage you to request your examination early and to allow additional time for your request to be processed.
