Description

This in-residence elective focuses on various tools, techniques, and approaches for supply chain management (SCM), with examination of supply chain best practices as an underlying theme. It looks at the practical application of technology and close collaboration, which are key integration components in SCM. During this course students also study some specific topics like risk management, management of global supply chains, humanitarian logistics, CSR in context of SCM and greening of supply chains. A mix of lectures, online interaction and case studies are used for course delivery.
