Students: Online Transcript request form is now working. Please contact the Computing Services IT Help Desk if you encounter difficulties. If you encounter any other issues or quirks please let us know. Currently most AU Database driven systems such as Heat, Newton, Banner, MyAU (portal, course registrations, extensions, etc.), Write Site Assignment dropbox, and some printing systems are unavailable due to unexpected maintenance. Students will also find themselves unable to log into MyAU. If students go to http://my.athabascau.ca they will see an error about the outage, and will see links to the various University Centre's online courses. AU Staff: please refer to the allstaff messages being sent out for details. Do note, staff can still access the Zimbra login page. System technicians are currently engaged in finding a solution to the situation. We thank you for your patience as we resolve this error with all possible speed.
