There is a great deal of information on literary theory on the
Internet. Some sites are growing with the addition of new
essays every week. Theory can be a very complicated area
with many technical terms and difficult jargon. One site uses
the logo K.I.S.S., which means 'keep it simple stupid.' The
site by Prof. John Lye for his course in contemporary literary
theory (Brock U.) is very useful with clear notes and essays
explaining some of the major theories of the past 40 years.
