Admission and Course Registration Procedures

As a first-time AU student, you are required to submit an Undergraduate General Application Form and remit a one-time, non-refundable general application fee.

Follow these course registration procedures.

  1. Review information about courses and programs.
  2. Students requiring program planning assistance should seek the advice of an Athabasca university student Advisor, 1-800-788-9041.
  3. Students requiring assistance in determining educational and career goals or assistance in choosing a program of study should contact Counselling Services.

 

Access AU's online services at http://my.athabascau.ca/ and complete the 'Undergraduate General Application'. Once you are admitted, you will receive a Student ID number. Use your Student ID to login to myAU where you may access all other online services provided by Athabasca University, including 'Course Registration'.

Undergraduate students may register in a course immediately. Graduate students must await admission approval prior to registering in a course.
