Getting Started
In order to use the AUEX Signing Authority application, you will have
to be authenticated
using the same login name and password for other online applications
such as
online payroll or PD funds.
Bookmark the AUEX
Signing Authority online application for further reference and
usage.
Viewing Expense Claim Details
When the AUEX Signing Authority page first loads, it will show expense
claim details from the beginning of two months
previous that have a pending status. It is also possible to view
details regardless of
status by unchecking the Pending Only
checkbox. Sorting by the date can be done by typing in it
manually in the field or by clicking on the calendar icon where a
pop-up calender
appears for easy point and click selection. The results are
displayed when the View button
is clicked. The screenshot below
shows an example of this view form.

Accepting/Rejecting Expense Claim
Details
This AUEX Signing Authority application will give a list of expense
details within the user's signing authority sorted by the claim
number.
It is in order by the expense claim number. Each detail has a
status that gives you the option to accept, reject, or set to
pending. A detail that is pending means that it is awaiting
confirmation. The status of a detail can be changed at any time
providing the claim has not been processed by finance.

The screen shot above shows the list of details from two claims.
The radio buttons give the user the ability to change the status of a
detail and add comments. Please note that if a detail has a
pending status, comments are ignored because the detail is considered
undecided for approval. Clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the
form will commit any changes and will reload the page and give the
number of updates.
