Students must complete a three-credit course within the six-month contract period. Your tutor can help you work out the schedule that best suits your needs, or you may wish to follow the schedule included below. If you are unable to complete this course within the six-month course contract period, you may apply for and purchase an extension. Extension requests must be received by the Office of the Registrar a minimum of one month before your course contract end date. Consult the online Athabasca University Calendar for more information on obtaining extensions.
Note: Students who are receiving educational funding may be required to complete their studies within a shortened time limit. If you are receiving funding from any source, please check the details of your obligations and adjust your personal study schedule accordingly.
