Unit 2
How Canada Made History
Unit 2 explores the changing politics of heritage management in Canada. It is important to understand the historical context of heritage management, both to work within it and to change it. It is important, too, to understand that the politics of heritage management changes as conditions change.

- Explain the significance of the 1951 Massey-Levesque Report for cultural policy development.
