Alumni Reception

You are a student for a few short years, but an alumnus forever.

Crossing the stage to receive your parchment and shake the president's hand is a moment that you will never forget, one in which you are likely to feel pride, joy, anxiety and relief all at the same time, for it marks the realization of a long-term goal that may have seemed unachievable at times.

Please allow Athabasca University to help you mark your transition from student to graduate by attending your first AU Alumni event. Following the Convocation ceremony, join other alumni, faculty and staff members, tutors and guests for the Alumni Association Luncheon. This reception is open to all graduating students who have responded to the Convocation invitation and their guests.
