Confirmation letters are sent to undergraduate students within 2 business days of the service request being processed.

There are two delivery options for confirmation letters. The default is e-letters, which are accessed through myAU. You can also request print letters to be sent in the mail, by selecting that option within myAU and paying a small fee.
