Finding Aids


The Archives holdings consist of records relating to the history and administration of the University and include: the administrative records; publications such as, calendars, convocation programs, annual reports, newsletters; papers of faculty and staff; and records of related organizations and societies such as employee unions, and student's association.

The Archives has various finding aids to assist researchers and archives staff to access the archives holdings.

University Archives Database

The Archives Database is a searchable database by keyword, title, author, subject, and accession number.

Indices

Various indices exist in the Archives to assist archives staff and researchers to access holdings.

Inventories

Descriptive inventories are available in the Archives for processed accessions.

Box lists are available in archives for semi-processed or unprocessed accessions.

Sound and moving images synopses are available in the archives for some sound and moving images.
