As an Athabasca University undergraduate student you can enrol in a program, or just take a few courses – it’s up to you. You can even change your mind later, and you won’t have to pay another application fee.
No matter what route you choose, you’ll start with our online application system.
Enrolling in a program
If you’re enrolling in a program, once you choose that option on the application, you’ll transfer to the ApplyAlberta site. This is where you’ll enter your personal and academic information and automatically send any Alberta transcripts you may have. You will be returned to the AU site to complete the application process.
Taking some courses
If you’re taking a few courses as a non-program student, you’ll complete your entire application on the AU site.
